YOW Canada's Refund Policy

Online Training Refund Policy:

• Refunds for online training courses requested within 30 days of the purchase date will be honoured in full, provided the online courses have not been used.

Other (No Refund) Options:

• Pre-purchased (unused) training courses do not expire and can be re-allocated to new or re-registering trainees if desired.
• In some cases, courses can be converted to a different subject (i.e. TDG to Fall Protection) – please contact YOW Canada to make requests.
• At a customer’s request, YOW can transfer any unused pre-purchased courses into a different training account (different department or organization).
